Most of his experience is in software or start-up environments, but it is certainly transferable to the Consumer Product Industry.  I’ve helped many early stage companies hire sales leaders  and it is certainly one  of the most critical positions to fill with the right candidate.  The main reason why many companies choose to partner with an external agency is because they have developed relationships with many of the top candidates in the industry and typically a great sales candidates are rarely ever out looking for a job.  They need to be presented with an appealing opportunity to get them thinking about the next step in their career, new challenges, growth, etc.
