We work both contingent and retained search assignments. When we partner on contingent roles our approach is very similar to how we conduct retained assignments. We are looking for the best candidate for the role, not the best candidate that is out looking for a job. Top talent is always hard to find. Michael McGowan – President

Michael has 10+ years of experience and expertise in Sales and Marketing recruitment specializing in the Consumer Product industry.  Michael has supported large global clients ($10B+), but also enjoys working with smaller entrepreneurial companies.  He’s filled numerous assignments for traditional CPG leaders and up-and-comers with disruptive brands.  Michael is an expert at transitioning traditional CPG backgrounds into alternative categories (CE, software and entertainment, hardware, housewares, office products, apparel).

Michael personally handles all client engagements and search assignments, so he is accountable for maintaining a strong relationship with clients.  If there is a question or problem, you will know who to call.
